1. Return & Refund Eligibility

You can request a refund if the following conditions are met:

  • The item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Ship the Item(s): Pack the items securely and include the RMA number on the return package. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  4. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect on your account.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered.
  • Personalized or customized items.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping at no additional cost to you.


5. Exchange Policy

If you would prefer to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We are unable to process exchanges directly at this time.


6. Late Returns

Returns received outside of the 30-day return window may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the condition of the item.


7. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
